Super-fine, powder-fine Turkish ground coffee, milled for a rich, classic cup. Velvety and authentically Turkish.
Traditional is the blend every other Lezzet coffee is built on — a 70/30 marriage of two origins, each roasted its own way.
In the cup: chocolate first, hazelnut through the middle, roasted nuts on the finish. Full body from the unfiltered brew, soft on acidity, with the dense hazel foam that marks a properly made cup.
Synergy — the mix combines the best traits of both beans. Brazil anchors the cup with chocolatey depth; Ethiopia adds a fragrant pop. One origin gives the body a Turkish cup needs, the other keeps the aroma alive.
Yes — it is ground powder-fine at the roastery, finer than espresso, specifically for the cezve. If you want to grind at home or brew other methods too, choose the Whole Bean Traditional instead.
Approximately 70 cups per 500g bag, based on a 7g serving. Yield varies by recipe.
Press the excess air out, reseal the bag, and keep it in a cool, dry cupboard away from light. The one-way valve lets the coffee release gas without letting oxygen in.
It is milled for the cezve, and a powder-fine grind will clog paper filters and slip through a press screen. For other brew methods, the Whole Bean Traditional gives you the same blend at any grind you choose.
